How to Create Comma Separated Values (CSV) file using Microsoft® Excel™
- Open a New Spreadsheet in Microsoft® Excel™.
- Enter the Phone Number, Company Name and Recipient Name in one row, one entry per cell. *If you do not wish to fill in the Company or Recipient Name, leave it blank.
- Repeat step 2 as needed.
- Click on “File” then “Save As”.
- Select “CSV (Comma Delimited) (*.csv)” in the drop down box labeled “Save as type”.
- Click “Ok” then “Yes”.
