How to Create Comma Separated Values (CSV) file using Microsoft® Excel™

  1. Open a New Spreadsheet in Microsoft® Excel™.
  2. Enter the Phone Number, Company Name and Recipient Name in one row, one entry per cell. *If you do not wish to fill in the Company or Recipient Name, leave it blank.
  3. Repeat step 2 as needed.
  4. Click on “File” then “Save As”.
  5. Select “CSV (Comma Delimited) (*.csv)” in the drop down box labeled “Save as type”.
  6. Click “Ok” then “Yes”.
