Contacts
Sending Fax to a Saved Contact
- Login to your Control Panel using your OneFax username and password.
- Click on the "Contacts" tab.
- On the contact list, click on the "Fax Number " of the contact you would want to send a fax message to.
- Fill out the form with the appropriate information
- Choose "Send a Stored File" or "Send File From Computer"
- Click on the [Browse] button and locate the file which you would like to send.
- Enter the subject for your fax message
- Choose whether to send to a single or multiple recipients.
- Enter the fax number you are sending to with the following format.
US Continental Format:
(1 + 10-digit Fax Number)
International Format:
(011 + Country Code + Area Code + Fax Number) |
- You may also enter an additional Attention field, Company field,
and Comments for your fax message.
- Then click on the [Send Fax] button

Sending an Email Message
to a Saved Contact
- Login to your Control Panel using your OneFax username and password.
- Click on the "Contacts" tab.
- On the Contact list, click on the "Email Address " of the contact you would want to send an email message to.
- Your default email client will be launched. You may now compose and send your email message.

Updating Saved Contact Information
- Login to your Control Panel using your OneFax username and password.
- Click on the "Contacts" tab.
- On the contact list, click on the "Name" of the contact you would want to send an email message to.
- You may now update the detailed information of the contact displayed.
- Click on [Save].
