Sending Fax to a Saved Contact

  1. Login to your Control Panel using your OneFax username and password.
  2. Click on the "Contacts" tab.
  3. On the contact list, click on the "Fax Number " of the contact you would want to send a fax message to.
  4. Fill out the form with the appropriate information
    • Choose "Send a Stored File" or "Send File From Computer"
    • Click on the [Browse] button and locate the file which you would like to send.
    • Enter the subject for your fax message
    • Choose whether to send to a single or multiple recipients.
    • Enter the fax number you are sending to with the following format.

      US Continental Format: 
      (1 + 10-digit Fax Number)

      International Format:
      (011 + Country Code + Area Code + Fax Number)

    • You may also enter an additional Attention field, Company field,
      and Comments for your fax message.
  5. Then click on the [Send Fax] button

Sending an Email Message
to a Saved Contact

  1. Login to your Control Panel using your OneFax username and password.
  2. Click on the "Contacts" tab.
  3. On the Contact list, click on the "Email Address " of the contact you would want to send an email message to.
  4. Your default email client will be launched. You may now compose and send your email message.

Updating Saved Contact Information

  1. Login to your Control Panel using your OneFax username and password.
  2. Click on the "Contacts" tab.
  3. On the contact list, click on the "Name" of the contact you would want to send an email message to.
  4. You may now update the detailed information of the contact displayed.
  5. Click on [Save].
