Making an Online Payment

Online Bill Payment

  1. Login to your Control Panel using your OneFax username and password.
    • If your account is not active a message will show.
  2. You will need to point on the "Account" tab.
  3. Then click on Account Summary submenu.
  4. Take note of your Remaining Credits.
    If a negative amount is indicated, you will need to pay an amount enough to bring your balance to zero.
  5. Again, point on the "Account" tab.
  6. But now, click on the "Bill Payment" submenu.
  7. Check to see if the credit card we have on file is valid. If it is not, you will need to update your credit card information.
  8. Enter the amount you will be paying.
  9. Put in some notes descriptive of the charges that you will be paying. Ex. Monthly Bill, Declined Charges.
  10. Click on [Make Payment].
Note:
  • Please make sure that you have submitted your charge only once. This is to prevent multiple charging on your account. If you have submitted your charge more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • After 15 minutes, check your Account Summary page. If your remaining credits is already zero, then your online payment has been successful.
