Send Fax directly from your desktop using your favorite program! The Onefax Fax Printer driver is software that installs on your computer making your Fax account with Onefax a selectable option under Print. What this means is you can send documents directly to Fax as easily as printing! When you finish and are ready to fax a document just go to print and select Fax.
Note: Fax Printer Driver is compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP only.
Procedure in Installing the Onefax Fax Printer Driver
- Download the Fax Printer driver
- Install the software using the instructions below

- Configure the program by entering your user name and password and email address..
Procedure in Sending Fax using the Onefax Fax Printer Driver
- Print the document using your preferred software
- Choose Onefax Printer from the printer options
- Enter the fax number you wish to send to and click SEND
- Confirm that the job has been done.

Installing the Onefax Fax Printer Driver
Step 1:
GET THE Onefax FAX PRINTER DRIVER
Save the Fax Printer Driver in a convenient location in your computer. Once the download is complete click on the icon to start the installation process.

Step 2:
Read the License Agreement, Click the "I accept the terms of the license agreement" and click NEXT to continue.

Step 3:
Fill out required information and click NEXT to move on to the next step

Step 4:
Click Install to begin the installation and Click ok when installation is complete.

Configuring the Onefax Driver
Step 5:
Fill up the setupPrinter prompt box with the appropriate information.
- Enter your Onefax 6-digit user ID number
- Enter our numerical password
- Confirm your numerical password
- Enter your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to this address.
Click OK to continue

Click FINISH

Sending Fax with the Onefax Printer Driver
Step 7:
Once you have your document ready, Print the file using your preferred Software.
Choose the Onefax Printer from your printer options and click OK.

Step 8:
Enter the fax number you wish to send to and click SEND
|

Step 9:
You will be notified that the Fax transmission has been sent.
Click OK and you're done.
