The fax number is 1-888-217-4459, you can find the transfer form at the bottom of this page. A one-time transfer fee of $25.00 will be charged on the account to facilitate the request. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the transaction to be completed.

Local fax numbers cannot be transferred to Onefax.
