Customers who are no longer in need of our services should follow these steps in order to cancel their account.

1. Log in to the control panel at http://www.onefax.com/cpanel using your OneFax username and password.
2. Point on the Account tab then click on Account Summary
3. On the lower left of the page, click on the checkbox for "I wish to cancel my account."
4. Then click on the "Send Cancellation Request" button.
5. Fill out the required information on the Cancellation Request Email and send it to billing@onefax.com.
