This error occurs when there is no Email address assigned to receive messages or when the Email address is misspelled. To check if you have entered the correct Email address,

1.) Log in to your OneFax account on the OneFax website.

2.) Click on the 'Email Setup' Tab.

3.) Enter an email address for your incoming and outgoing faxes.
