If you are using a Hotmail account to receive fax messages, you may encounter errors due to the SPAM Guard feature of the Hotmail servers. Hotmail's SPAM Guard automatically blocks Fax-to-Email messages from Onefax servers. We advice you to use the Control Panel or to use an alternative Email address to continue receiving fax messages by Email.
